【Abstract】 The hydropower industry will be the important energy sector on which the government will lay stress in the 21st century. The macro policies of the country will give more considerations to hydropower. The entry of China into WTO will attract more foreign capital into China, which will result in capital restructure in hydropower industry. The hydropower investigation and design enterprises must seize the opportunity for hydropower development and take the road of capital operation, taking their own conditions into consideration so as to optimize the capital structure, to liquidize remnant assets, to achieve the increment and maximization of benefits of the enterprises and to realize expansion at a lower cost and increase of competitiveness of the enterprises.更多还原
