水轮发电机组低频振动异常信号分析研究
Research on exceptional signal analysis of low frequency vibration of hydro-generating unit
【摘要】 随着我国水轮发电机组容量和尺寸的增大,其运行稳定性受到各方面极大的关注,机组振动信号检测是判断运行性能的重要手段。在包括二滩水电厂在内的大型水轮发电机组振动信号中,发现了不能用低频振动传感器常规原理解释的异常波形。对低频振动传感器异常波形的实验室和现场试验以及理论探讨,有助于水轮发电机组现场试验研究工作中对低频振动信号的正确分析和判断。
【Abstract】 With the increase of the size and capacity of hydrogenerating unit, the stability has been the key to hydropower plant. The vibration test is one of the most important means to evaluate the performances of the unit. Among the signals we have got, including those of Ertan Hydropower Station, it is hard to explain the exceptional signal at low frequency. This paper discusses this kind of exceptional signals in the laboratory and field tests. It will be useful to get the proper results in further field test research.
