【Abstract】 Based on the theory of construction project control, a concrete dam construction process management and control model is presented. The model combines the feedback and feed forward control. Considering the characteristic and necessary of concrete dam construction process, a method identifying the factors influencing construction schedule is presented, the sensitivity analysis of construction condition and construction prediction based on system simulation are discussed. The method of construction effect estimation and construction schedule adjusting are discussed.更多还原
