古田县旧镇三级水电站技术供水技改探讨
Discussions on the technical transformation of water supply for Jiuxian Third-cascade hydropower station in Gutian County
【摘要】 古田县旧镇三级水电站技术供水系统原设计以水泵供水为主 ,压力钢管取水减压供水为辅 ,施工中仅设了钢管取水减压供水系统。 1997年发电以来供水管道结垢、过滤系统阻塞 ,供水情况不理想 ,而且水能损失大 ,不经济。每年 2台机组的技术供水能量损失折成电量约为 19万kW·h ,按上网电价计算约为 3万元。现拟改为以山泉小溪中间水池供水为主 ,水泵供水为辅 ,投资约 7 9万元。利用原技术供水量增加的售电价还贷 ,每年可偿还约 2万元 ,还贷年限在 4年以下。这是一个较好的技改方案
【Abstract】 The original design of water supply system for the Jiuxian Third cascade hydropower station used the water pump as main and concurrent with water taking from penstock for reducing pressure. In the construction, only the water supply system taking from penstock was built. Since it was put into operation in 1997, the operation of water supply system has been not ideal with large water energy loss and non economy due to the dirty of water supply pipes and the blockage of filter system. The energy loss of water supply of two generating units is about 190 MW.h yearly, calculated according to the power price into about 30 thousand RMB Yuan. Now such water supply system will be transformed by taking the water supply from the middle water pond supported by mountainous spring and small stream as main and concurrent with the water supply by water pump. The investment will be about 79 thousand RMB Yuan. This is a good technical transformation scheme.
