【摘要】 大型围栏和开放式围栏是病毒增殖的两种新方法。大型围栏用塑料薄膜制成 ,长12～ 30m ,宽 1 8～ 2 5m ,四周用木桩固定 ,栏内设置悬挂松枝的桩或木杆 ;开放式围栏是用塑料薄膜围住一片低矮林分 ,面积为 2 0～ 4 0 0m2 。栏内幼虫投放量为 4～ 6kg/m2 ,感染浓度为(1～ 5 )× 10 7PIB/mL ,接种病毒后 13～ 15d回收感病虫更多还原

【Abstract】 Big enclosure and open enclosure are two new methods for the multiplication of Dendrolimus virus.The big enclosure was made of plastic films with a size of(12-30)m×(1.8-2.5)m.Four corners of the enclosure were fixed by spiels.In the enclosure some spiels were set to hang pine shoots.Open enclosure was to enclose a low forest stand about 20-400 m 2.About(4-6)kg/m 2 of larvae of Dendrolimus sp.were put into the enclosures,and the infection concentration of the virus was(1×10 7-5×10 7)PIB/mL,the larvae infected should be recollected 13-15 days after inoculation.更多还原
