涂干剂防治杨树天牛成虫试验

【摘要】 用 0.5 %BL-1和 0.2 5 %BL-4涂干剂处理柳树 ,施药 30d后使天牛成虫接触 5s ,2 4h死亡率分别是 80 %~ 93.2 %。施药后 33d内平均每株树杀死天牛分别是 30 3和 39 8头 ,而同期对照组仅为 0.6头。用 0.5 %BL 6和 0.2 5 %BL 8涂干剂处理杨树 ,施药 5 2d后使天牛成虫在毒环上爬行一次 ,2 4h防治效果均达 10 0 % ,平均每株施药树杀死天牛成虫分别是 7.8和 7.4头 ,对照组为 0. 3头。用凡士林配制涂干剂 ,防治效果更佳 ,成本更低。用涂干剂防治杨树天牛施药方法简便 ,机动灵活 ,可以处理生长在各种环境的杨、柳、榆等树木 ,特别适合小级杨树和已经截干处理的诱饵树

【Abstract】 The trunk coating insecticides included in the tests were 0 5%BL 1,0 25%BL 4,0 5%BL 6 and 0 25%BL 8.In one test,willow trees were treated with 0 5%BL 1 and 0 25%BL 4.Adult beetles were made to contact treated area for 5 seconds and checked 24 hours later.The mortality was 80% for 0 5%BL 1 and 93 2% for 0 25%BL 4.The total number of beetles found dead under treated trees in 33 days after the treatment averaged 30 3 for 0 5%BL 1 and 39 8 for 0 25%BL 4 each tree.However,only 0 6 beetle was found dead in the Control.In the other test,while 0 5%BL 6 or 0 25%BL 8 was painted around the trunk of individual poplar trees as a ring.Beetles were made to walk across the ring once 52 days after the treatment.The mortality of these beetles reached 100% after 24 hours in both treatments.The total number of beetles found dead under each treated tree 52 days after the treatment was 7 8 for 0 5%BL 6 and 7 4 for 0 25%BL 8,comparing with 0 3 for the control.Vaseline can improve the efficacy of insecticides and lower the cost.Coating insecticide on tree trunks can be used to control longhorned beetles on poplar,willow,elm and some other trees under various environmental conditions,especially small poplar trees and trees used as traps.
