【Abstract】 The paper reviews the tide of high-tech industrialization which has an effect on and impetus to sustainable development of mankind civilization. Furthermore, from the different angles of knowledge economy, global economy, information economy and market-oriented economy, new look and essential feature of high-tech industry with wide intention and profound ideas are described comprehensively.
