游梁式抽油机交流伺服驱动系统的试验研究
Study on driving beam-pumping unit by alternating servo motor
【摘要】 采用全数字交流伺服系统驱动抽油机具有很好的控制性能。伺服系统较原驱动方式具有显著的节电效果 ,平均电流下降 6 5 % ,功率因数提高 76 %。在系统内安装了智能化的逻辑控制软件 ,可针对油井实际状态自动调整抽油机的工作速率。并可以通过伺服系统的通讯接口 ,对抽油机的各项运行参数进行实时测控 ,有利于油田生产管理实现数字化、网络化。
【Abstract】 Beam-pumping unit is driven by a digital alternating servo motor which shows a remarkable power-saving efficiency , its average current dropped 65% and power factor raised 76%. It is beneficial to achieve real time supervision of beam-pumping unit and a digital administration of production of oil field through networks. An intelligent logical control program is installed in order to automatically control the speed rate of beam-pumping unit.
