基于Pro/E的海洋修井机井架静态设计

【摘要】文章以国产HYX90型海洋修井机井架为例 ,采用美国PTC公司开发的机械设计及自动化软件Pro/E完成了海洋修井机井架的设计。重点阐述了用Pro/E软件进行井架静态设计的方法和步骤 ,找到了该修井机井架应力最大值和位移最大部位 ,对该修井机井架结构提出了改进意见。该设计理论及方法为石油钻采装备及工具的改造和新产品研制提供了一种新的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper describes the static design of derrick of ocean workover rig with CAD/CAM software Pro/E developed by PTC. The main part is the way and process of static design of derrick. We find the position with maximum stress and displacement. Furthermore, the advice of improvement is provided and with some reference value for design of oil drilling machine. The theory and method provide improvement on oil equipments and development of new product with a new way.更多还原
