斯蒂芬森链六杆机构在抽油机上的应用及设计

【摘要】 根据机构组成原理 ,提出以斯蒂芬森链平面六杆机构作为游梁式抽油机的基本机构 ,可以增大游梁抽油机的冲程 ,改善其动态特性。系统地介绍了采用斯蒂芬森链对常规型游梁机进行六杆式改造的图解方法。可为设计冲程长、动特性好的抽油机提供理论依据和有参考意义的基本机构 ,也可为将四杆式抽油机改造为六杆式抽油机提供可遵循的规律。

【Abstract】 According to the principle of mechanism combination, Stephenson’ chain six-bar linkage which can increase the stroke of the pumping unit and can improve its dynamic performance, is presented as the basic mechanism for a conventional pumping unit. The article introduces systematically the schematic method for the six-bar modification of a conventional pumping unit by use of Stephenson’ chain. It provides the theory and the referenced basic combination for designing the pumping unit of the long stroke and good dynamic performance. It also provides the rule of developing the pumping unit based on four-bar pumping unit. Finally, by taking one kind of beam pumping unit as an example, the result of increasing the stroke is given out for referring.
