混合输入五杆机构的构型及可动性研究
Type and Mobility of the Hybrid-driven Five-bar Linkage
【摘要】 从分析平面五杆机构的相对杆长关系入手,给出了平面五杆机构可装配条件及五杆机构中周转副存在的充要条件,并据此对平面五杆机构的构型进行了分析,得出了平面五杆机构中无条件三曲柄、无条件双曲柄、曲柄摇杆机构、双摇杆机构存在的条件;并借助于平面四杆机构的转角曲线的特点,给出了平面五杆机构中有条件双曲柄存在的充要条件,并用实例进行了验证。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of relation of the link length for a planner five-bar,the assembly of linkage the sufficient and necessary condition of the existence of full revolvable joint are proposed.Further more, the type of the planner five-bar linkage is analyzed.The existence condition of unconditional triple crank, unconditional double crank, unconditional crank-rocker and double rocker are derived. According to the characteristic of couple-angle curve of four-bar linkage,sufficient and necessary condition of conditional double crank is proposed and proved with an example.
