【摘要】 目的 探讨凝血功能变化对贲门癌患者的临床意义。方法 观察了120例贲门癌患者手术前后[凝血]因子Ⅷ相关抗原(ⅧR:Ag)、因子Ⅷ凝血活性(Ⅷ:C)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ抗原(AT-Ⅲ:Ag)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性(AT-Ⅲ:A)及纤维蛋白原含量(Fbg)变化。结果 贲门癌患者术前血浆ⅧR:Ag、Ⅷ:C及Fbg含量均明显增高(P<0.01),AT-Ⅲ:Ag和AT-Ⅲ:A明显降低(P<0.01),术后各项指标均明显恢复(P<0.05)。随着病期的发展,贲门癌患者血浆ⅧR:Ag、Ⅷ:C及Fbg含量逐渐增高,AT-Ⅲ:Ag和AT-Ⅲ:A逐渐降低。结论 卉门癌患者凝血活性增加,而抗凝血功能降低,测定贲门癌患者凝血功能判断病期、有无淋巴结转移及预后等有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical signification of coagulation abnormality in patients with cancer of gastric cardia Methods The ⅧR: Ag, Ⅷ: C, AT-Ⅲ: Ag, AT-Ⅲ : A and Fbg of plasma In 120 patients with cancer of gastric cardia were detected. Results The levels Of ⅧR: Ag, Ⅷ: C, Fbg in plasma of the patients preoperative were significant higher, and AT Ⅲ : Ag, At - Ⅲ : A were Significant lower than that Of normal subjects. All these Index had regain postoperative. Along with the deveoping of course of disease, The levels of ⅧR: Ag,Ⅷ: C, Fbg in plasma of the patients were gradually higher, and AT- Ⅲ : Ag, AT- Ⅲ : A were gradually lower. Conclusion The activity of blood coagulation il-ncreased, and the function of anticoagulation decreased in patients with cancer of gastric cardia. It is veiy important to detect the function of blood coagulation in patients with cancer of gastric cardia for judging the stadium, lymphatic metastasis and prognosis.更多还原
