【摘要】 目的　探讨持续性植物状态猫脑脊液中多巴胺的变化及其意义。方法　用高效液相色谱测定持续性植物状态猫脑脊液中多巴胺含量 ,并与正常对照组对比。结果　持续性植物状态猫的脑脊液中多巴胺含量显著降低。结论　多巴胺的减少可能是形成持续性植物状态猫的重要因素之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of dopamine in cerebrospinal fluid in the cats with persistent vegetative state (PVS). Methods To measure the levels of dopamine in cerebrospinal fluid by high performance liquid chromatography with electrical chemical detect(HPLC ECD) in the cats with PVS and compare the values with the controls. Results The level of dopamine in cerebrospinal fluid in the cats with PVS was obviously lower than that of control groups.Conclusion One of possible pathogenetic causes of PVS in cats is the decrease of dopamine .更多还原
