【摘要】 目的　介绍和评价 1993年至 2 0 0 2年内经蝶入路显微外科辅助内窥镜切除 138例大型垂体腺瘤的手术操作技术及经验。方法　 138例大型垂体腺瘤 ,男性 6 6例 ,女性 72例。手术采用经蝶显微外科辅助内窥镜。结果　本组全切肿瘤 10 9例 ,占 78.9%。结论　经蝶显微手术仍是一种较为实用手术 ,显微外科辅助内窥镜可提高大型垂体腺瘤的全切率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce and evaluate the operative technique and the experience of endoscope assisted transsphenoidal microneurosurgery for 138 cases of large pituitary adenomas in 1993～2002.Methods One hundred thirty eight cases of large pituitary adenoma, 66 males and 72 females, were operated under endoscope assistance by transsphenoidal approach. Results Total resection of adenoma was achieved in 109 cases (78.9%). Conclusion Transsphenoidal microoperation is a practicable method for treatment in large pituitary adenomas. Endoscope assisted microneurosurgery improves the total removal rate.更多还原
