无机快速锚固灌注材料的性能与应用研究

【摘要】 研究了一种无机快速锚固灌注材料(ICG-Ⅲ)的性能及施工温度对其性能的影响.实验结果表明,该材料不仅自流、可灌、凝结时间可调,而且具有超早强、高强、无收缩、锚固快且锚固力大等特性.同时,此材料施工方便、价格便宜,主要用于岩土工程的长锚杆快速锚固注浆及建筑物植筋、地脚螺栓等短锚杆快速锚固灌浆.

【Abstract】 The properties of the inorganic cementing and grouting materials for fast anchorage(abbreviated to ICG-Ⅲ)and the effect of curing temperature were studied.The results showed that the ICG-Ⅲpastes were characteristics of self-fluidity,pumpability and flexible setting time.The hardening ICG-Ⅲpossessed super-early strength,high later strength,few shrinkage and fast anchoring as well as great anchoring force.The ICG-Ⅲmaterials are mainly applied to the fast grouting construction for shoring of geotechnical engineering by using long anchor rod and for strengthening of the concrete structure by planting short anchor rod,as well as for setting of anchor bolt in the equipment base.It is convenient and low-cost to use the ICG materials.
