【摘要】 分析了物理实验室的师资队伍和环境设施的现状。指出物理实验教学是一门培养学生实验能力和创新能力的重要基础课,加强物理实验室建设,提高教师队伍素质,增加硬件设施的投入,改善教学环境,进行课程体系改革是提高教学质量,贯彻素质教育,培养优秀人才的重要保证。

【Abstract】 By analyzing the current situation of teachers and hardware environment in physical laboratory, the paper points out that physical experiment teaching is a very important basic course in developing the students’ experimental abilities and creative abilities. Strengthening the building physical lab, improving the quality of the teachers, increasing the investment of the hardware environment, and being in progress of the course system reform is an important guarantee that we improve the teaching qualities, implement quality\|oriented education and developing excellent talents.
