磁铁矿球团氧化机理的研究
MECHANISMS OF OXIDATION OF MAGNETITE PELLET
【摘要】 磁铁矿球团高温恒温氧化时 ,氧气向球团的扩散为限制性环节 ,低温恒温氧化或升温氧化 ,球团内磁铁矿颗粒氧化为限制性环节。磁铁矿颗粒氧化按温度划分为两段 ,在较低温度下主要是铁离子扩散 ,较高温度下氧离子扩散的扩散能力增强。
【Abstract】 At higher isothermal temperature,the reaction of oxidation of magnetite pellet is controlled by the diffusion of oxygen into pellet.At lower isothermal or non-isothermal temperature,oxidation of magnetite grains in pellet is limited by the oxidizing reaction.Oxidation of magnetite grains is divided into tow stages,according to temperature,and iron ion diffuses at lower temperature and diffusion amount of oxygenic ion increases at higher temperature.
