分子生态学在野生动物保护中的作用
The Functions of Molecular Ecology in Wildlife Conservation
【摘要】 分子生态学是一门具有活力的新兴学科 ,在解决野生动物的保护中潜力巨大。野生动物的保护目前仍然处于初级阶段 ,仅仅使用一些宏观保护策略和描述性的研究手段。而要理解野生动物进化灭绝的内在机理 ,掌握野生动物的遗传结构、基因变异以及保护和繁育濒危物种的分子与基因 ,分子生态学理论与技术将发挥不可估量的作用。利用分子标记研究野生动物的进化和繁衍、生物多样性的遗传机理以及濒危物种遗传物质与环境的关系 ,将对野生动物的保护产生深远意义。
【Abstract】 Molecular ecology is a new active subject, which is displaying potential function in solving the issues of wildlife conservation. So far, the protection for wildlife is still in a primary stage, only some macro-strategies and descriptive approaches have been used. However, it is important to illustrate the internal principle of evolution and extinction to wildlife. Molecular ecology is to play critical role when it is applied to genetic structure, gene mutation, and propagation of gene and molecular for rare and endangered wildlife species. The approach of molecular mark will be applied to evolution and multiplying of wildlife, genetic mechanism of biodiversity, and the relationship of genetic material and its environments, which is to bring significant meaning in the future.
