薯蓣大规模培养技术研究

【摘要】 选择薯蓣优良单株的地上茎段、茎尖进行快繁技术研究,使增殖系数达到5.2,生根率92%,而且根条粗壮,移栽成活率较高,实现了薯蓣大规模试管繁殖,成功地建立了快速繁殖无性系。通过对提高繁殖率及生根率的研究,建立了规模化生产技术体系,制定的种苗质量标准,有助于薯蓣种苗生产规范化产业化的形成。

【Abstract】 The parts and tips of aerial stems of healthy individual Dioscorea plant have been selected for the study on the rapid breeding of Dioscorea plants, in which the breeding co-efficiency reaches 5.2 and the rooting ratio of the seedlings accounts for 92%with strong roots and high survival rate in transplantation so that the large-scale tube breeding of Dioscorea plant has come true and thus the clone of their rapid breeding has successfully been set up. And a technical system for large-scale production in this area has been founded with the study on the improvement of the breeding rate and rooting ratio of this plant and the standards laid down for the quality of seedlings would contribute to the formation of large -scale production and the industrialization of Dioscorea plant.
