【Abstract】 Liquid ohromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) is a main analytical technology in drug research. This article briefly reviews the demands of modern drug research for analytical techniques and the development of LC/MS. It mainly presents the application of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) to the quantitative analysis of biological samples and to the identification of drug metabolites by some examples and sums up some special points of this technology.更多还原
