【Abstract】 The journal″World Science and Technology″held the First Scientific Salon on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing on December9,2002,in which participated57persons coming from more than30institutions of China,and The subject of the meeting was″Scientific Characteristics As Well As Modernization and Digitalization of Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine″.This article is one of the key-note reports made at the meeting.The key of the theories of TCM lies in the objectiveness,quantitativeness and standardization of the four methods of diagnosis(the observation,the auscultation and olfaction,the terrogation and the pulse felling and palpation).As one of the important contents of the observation,tougue diagnosis has its objective study as the vital one of the studies on the modernization of TCM.In the article are studied the collection and the re -appearance of different colours of tougue picture,the automatic division of tongue area and the automatic analysis of tongue featues,all of which are involved in the objective diagnosis of tongue,and the thinking of their further study is discussed as well.更多还原
