【摘要】 个体化诊疗即突出个性化特征的临床诊断及其与之相应的个性化治疗。中医药学的辨证论治就是一种典型的“个体化诊疗”方法。中医在诊治过程中将其重点放在对个性特征的辨析上。人体个性特征是由于人体形体结构的状况、心理状况以及体质等因素所构成的,个性特征的不同是绝对的,因而决定了以具体证候为起点的辨证论治过程的个性化也是绝对的。充分吸收临床流行病学、循证医学等研究方法和原则,利用信息、网络、计算机技术、数据库、数据仓库、数据挖掘等前沿技术,通过制定标准,规范临床上对有关术语、概念的使用,规范诊断的标准、评价标准。通过网络连接,将不同医院、不同科室的个体研究人员连接成虚拟研究实体,积累临床数据,建立临床数据采集平台和临床数据研究平台,全方位、多角度开展纵向或横向的数据挖掘和研究,提高临床疗效,促进中医药学理论跨越式发展和中医药现代化的进程。建立中医药学现代个体诊疗研究体系是关乎中医药学发展的一个重要科学问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The so -called individualized diagnosis and treatment of diseases means the emphasis of individual Characteristics of diseases in clinic diagnosis and treatment.The theory″diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of diseases and patient’s condition″of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a typical methodology of individualized diagnosis and treatment.In the process of treatment in TCM attention is paid not only to the common characteristics of the human body but also to emphasizing the analysis of its individual ones.Since the individual characteristics of the human body result from various factors,such as the structure of the Human body,psychological states and body constitution,their difference is absolute.Therefore it is determined that absolute is the individualization of the process of″diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of diseases and patients’ condition″with specific syndroms as its starting point.In the study of this subject the methodology and principles used in the studies of clinical epidemiology and evidence based medicine should be fully assimilated,such frontier technologies as information,network,computer technology,database and data excavation be applied and the standards of diagnosis and assessment be normalized through the formulation of standards and the normalization of the application of the terms and concepts concern in clinic diagnosis.And the leaping forward development of the theories and the modernization of TCM would be propelled by the way of integrating,through network,individual researchers in different hospitals and departments into virtual research entities,accumulating clinical data,establishing the platforms for the collection and study of clinical data and carrying out all-round and multi-directional as well as horizontal or longitudinal data excavation and study so as to improve clinical effectiveness.It can be put in such a way that the establishment of the system for the study of modern individualized diagnosis and treatment of diseases in TCM is a major scientific problem which involves the development of TCM.更多还原
