超声振动下铁基合金微观组织及性能研究
Study on Microstructure and Property of Iron-base Alloy under Ultrasonic Vibration
【摘要】 分析了铁基合金超声焊接工具头的失效原因。通过系列工艺实验,借助扫描电镜、显微硬度计等设备,对不同工艺处理后的微观组织和性能进行了综合分析及实际工况测试。确定了适合于铁基合金超声工具头使用的最佳微观组织。
【Abstract】 The failure causes of the ironbase alloy ultrasonic welding probe were analyzed.A synthetical analysis for the microstructure and property of different process treatment was carried out by the scanning electron microscope and microhardness meter.The best microstructure fit for the application of the ironbase alloy ultrasonic welding probe was determined.
