高锰钢和多元高铬铸铁在不同浆料中的冲击腐蚀磨损性能比较
Comparison of Impact-corrosion-wear Property Between ZGMn13 and High Chromium Iron in Different Slurry
【摘要】 在石英砂浆料中和模拟实际工况条件的铁矿石浆料中对高锰钢和多元高铬铸铁的冲击腐蚀磨损性能进行比较,探讨这两种衬板材料在不同矿浆中损耗的影响因素,着重研究了浆料种类、浆料腐蚀性、冲击功大小对材料损耗的影响。结果表明,多元高铬铸铁具有比高锰钢更优越的耐冲击腐蚀磨损性能。
【Abstract】 Comparison of impactcorrosionwear property between ZGMn13 and high chromium iron were carried in quartz sands slurry and iron ore slurry, the effects of weight loss in different slurry of the two kind general lining board materials were studied. The emphasis consisted in the effects of slurry’s kind, pH value of slurry, quantity of impact etc on weight loss. The results show that the impactcorrosionwear property of high chromium cast iron was better than that of ZGMn13.
