低温形变热处理对20CrMnTi钢冲击韧度的影响
The Effect of Low Temperature Thermmechanical Treatment on Impact-Toughness for 20CrMnTi
【摘要】 将20CrMnTi钢在较低温度下(在两相区附近)以不同的变形量进行塑性变形后淬火-回火,然后研究其力学性能和微观组织。试验表明,变形温度越高和变形量越大硬度也越高,但冲击韧度则是在较低的温度下有好的效果。
【Abstract】 The mechanic property and microstructure of steel 20CrMnTi deformed at low temperature (about section α+γ ) , and after quenching and temper was studied. Results show hardness is increasing along with increase of deforming temperature and deforming degree, but impacttoughness is increasing observably at low temperature.
