【摘要】 企业集群支配着当今世界经济,是世界上成功的企业的发源地和“大本营”。中小企业集群技术创新的主体机制、动力机制等可以通过“轮式”模型表示出来。“轮式模型”清楚地显示出以企业家为“轴心”的主体机制,以及两种拉力(市场需求、政府激励)和四种推力(科学技术、市场竞争、创新文化的影响力、企业间交互联系的作用力)的动力机制。促进中小企业集群技术创新的措施主要有加强政府对企业集群的认识,培育企业家阶层,培育市场经济体制,以及完善扶持企业集群的政策支持体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterpirse communities dominate the global economy. They are the cradles of many successful enterprises in the world. The main - body mechanism and motive power mechanism of the innovation system of enterprise communities can be displayed by wheel’ model. Wheel model clearly demonstrates the main -body system with entrepreneurs at the core and the motive - power system which consists of 2 pulling powers (market demand and government inspiration) and 4 pushing powers (technologies, market competition, influence of innovative culture and interactive power among enterprises).
