【摘要】 本文以系统动力学思想为指导,在简要评述西方国际直接投资理论的基础上,重点研究了东道国ESP系统、投资主体OIL特征对国际生产资本地域运动的影响;指出国际直接投资地域结构形成的动力是来源于东道国、投资主体、母国的合力,提出了国际直接投资地域结构形成的综合动因理论,并建立了相关的理论模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the theory of system dynamics, this paper briefly discusses the theories of foreign direct investment coming from west countries and lays the focus mainly on the relationship between host country’ s ESP system, investor’ s OIL characteristics and their influence to regional movement of the FDI. It argues that the overall motivations in formation of FDI’s regional structure are resulted the joint forces of the host country, investors and their motherlands. In this, it puts forward a synthetical theory in forming of FDI’ s regional structure and establishes the related theoretical modle.更多还原
