【摘要】 为进一步探讨黄芪保心汤对冠心病的临床治疗作用 ,将冠心病患者随机分为治疗组 4 0例 ,对照组 36例 ,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及心功能的变化。对照组常规中西药治疗 ,治疗组加用黄芪保心汤治疗。疗程 2 0天。结果 :黄芪保心汤不仅能改善临床症状和体征 ,而且能增强心功能 ,治疗前后比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。提示黄芪保心汤能增强心功能 ,改善患者临床症状和体征。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effects of “Huangqi Baoxin Decoction” in the treatment of coronary heart disease,forty cases in treatment group were treated with the Decoction plus routine medicines and another 36 cases in control group were treated with routine medicines. Results: After treatment,in treatment group the clinical symptoms and signs were obviously improved and the heart function enhanced,with a significant difference in comparison with before treatment (P<0.05).
