水杨酸类药物的镇痛作用及其机制研究进展
The Progress of Analgesic Effect and Mechanism for Salicylates
【摘要】 水杨酸类药物是临床广泛使用的镇痛药物之一,但其发挥镇痛作用的机制长期不明。国内外科学家对其研究仍很广泛,本文综述了水杨酸类药物的镇痛作用及其机制的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Salicylates is one of antinociceptive medication in common use in clinic. The mechanism of its analgesic effect has kept vague for a long time and is a research hotspot all the while. The paper summarizes the progress of analgesic effect and mechanism for salicylates.
