【摘要】 目的　观察长强穴埋线治疗直肠性便秘的临床疗效。方法　将 12 0例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 60例 ,治疗组采用长强穴埋线 ,对照组则用开塞露及中药硝矾洗剂坐浴。结果　治疗组有效率 93 .3 % ,对照组 76.7% ,两组比较 P<0 .0 1,且治疗组对继发症状亦有较好疗效。结论　长强穴埋线治疗直肠性便秘疗效优于常规药物治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the curative effect on constipation of catgut embedding at point Changqiang. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 60 cases in each. The treatment group received catgut embedding at point Changqiang, while the control group received rectal administration of purgative and hip bath in Xiaofan lotion. Results The effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group. There was a significant different between the 2 groups (P<0.01). The curative effect on the secondary symptoms was good in the treatment group. Conclusion The curative effect on constipation of catgut embedding at point Changqiang is superior to that of routine medication.更多还原
