【摘要】 目的　观察艾灸对放疗患者血红蛋白的影响。方法　 66例宫颈癌患者随机分为艾灸组和空白对照组 ,放疗期间 ,艾灸组隔日艾条灸神阙、足三里或三阴交 ,在放疗第 2、4、6、8星期测定患者外周血红蛋白含量。结果和结论　放疗结束时 ,对照组血红蛋白与放疗前比较明显下降 ,艾灸组则明显高于对照组。提示艾灸可提高宫颈癌患者外周血红蛋白的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of moxibustion on hemoglobi n during radiotherapy. Methods Sixty six patients with cervical cancer were randomiz ed into moxibustion group and control group. During radiotherapy, moxibustion w a s performed with moxa sticks at Shenque (CV 8), Zusanli (ST 36) or Sanyinjiao (S P 6) every other day in moxibustion group. The contents of hemoglobin were measu red in the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th weeks. Results and Conclusion At the end of radiotherapy, the conten t of hemoglobin dropped obviously in control group, however, it increased signifi cantly in moxibustion group. It is demonstrated that moxibustion can increase th e content of hemoglobin and relieve the side effects of chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.更多还原
