【摘要】 目的　研究韩氏穴位刺激仪 (HANS)对胃镜检查的应激反应有无抑制作用 ,并以异丙酚麻醉对该方法的镇痛效果进行评价。方法　选择 ASA ～ 级 12 0例门诊胃镜检查病人 ,随机分成 4组 , 组为 HANS, 组为异丙酚 , 组为 HANS+异丙酚 , 组为对照组 ,不予任何镇痛措施。结果　 组 MAP、HR、血浆皮质醇 (Cor)和血糖 (Clu)浓度均比 组低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,流涎、恶心呕吐和屏气不良反应亦比 组少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,比 组更得到病人接受 (P<0 .0 5 ) ; 组异丙酚用量比 组少 ,Sp O2 比 组高 (P<0 .0 1) ,并且无血压下降。结论　 HANS能抑制胃镜检查过程中的应激反应 ,能减少异丙酚麻醉的药量 ,用于胃镜检查镇痛是安全有效的更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate whether Han’s acupoint stimulator (HANS) has an inhibitory effect on gastroscopic stress and evaluate its analgesic effect through propofol anesthesia.Methods One hundred and twenty ASA grade Ⅰ Ⅱ outpatients to receive gastroscopy were randomly divided into 4 groups: HANS group (Ⅰ),propofol group(Ⅱ), HANS+propofol group (Ⅲ) and control group (Ⅳ) without any analgesic measures.Results MAP, HR, plasma cortisol and blood glucose concentrations were lower, the number of adverse reactions salivation, nausea, vomiting and breath holding was smaller and the patients accepted more easily in group Ⅰ than in group Ⅳ ( P < 0.05 each). The dosage of propofol was smaller and SpO 2 higher in group Ⅲ than in group Ⅱ ( P < 0.01 ). There was no decrease in blood pressure in group Ⅲ.Conclusion HANS can inhibit stress and decrease the anesthetic dosage of propofol during gastroscopy and is safe and efficacious for gastroscopic analgesia.更多还原
