【摘要】 目的　观察针药结合治疗支气管扩张咯血的疗效。方法　采用鱼腥草注射液穴位注射结合中药宽胸活血汤治疗顽固性支扩咯血 12 8例。结果　 12 8例中 ,近期治愈 97例 ,好转 2 0例 ,无效 11例 ,总有效率为 91%。结论　针药结合治疗顽固性支扩咯血有较满意的近期疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To observe the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medication on bronchiectasic hemoptysis. Method Acupoint injection of houttuynia and oral administration of herbal decoction for relieving the chest and activating blood were combined to treat 128 patients with refractory bronchiectasic hemoptysis. Results Of the 128 cases, 97 were clinically cured, 20 improved and 11 got no effect. The total effective rate was 91%. Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medication has a satisfactory clinical effect on refractory bronchiectasic hemoptysis.更多还原
