肉桂挥发油化学成分的研究
On the Chemical Components of Volatile Oil of Cortex Cinnamomi
【摘要】 采用气相色谱 质谱法对福建宁德及云南文山县产肉桂挥发油进行化学成分的分析。用水蒸气蒸馏法从 2种肉桂中提取挥发油。采用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析 ,找出最佳分析条件 ,用归一化法测定其百分含量 ,以气相色谱 质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果显示福建宁德产肉桂共鉴定了 3 7个成分 ,占挥发油总成分的 78%以上 ;云南文山县产肉桂共鉴定了 44个成分 ,占挥发油总成分的 72 %以上。本法稳定可靠 ,重现性好 ,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。
【Abstract】 Gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical components of the volatile oil of Cortex Cinnamomi in Ningde county of Fujian province and Wenshan county of Yunnan province. Vapor-distillation method was employed to extract the volatile oil of the two kinds of Cortex Cinnamomi. Results: The Cortex Cinnamomi in Ningde county contained 37 chemical components, making up 78% of the total volatile oil; the Cortex Cinnamomi in Wenshan county contained 44 chemical components, making up 72% of the total volatile oil. It is proven that this method is reliable and repeatable, and is suitable to analyze the chemical components of herbal volatile oil.
