降钙素对骨质疏松性骨内种植体影响的实验研究
Experimental study on the influence of calcitonin on the endosseous implants of osteoporotic bone
【摘要】 目的 研究降钙素对骨质疏松性兔骨内种植体骨整合的影响。方法 将 12只骨质疏松症兔随机分均为 2组 ,其中 1组予降钙素治疗 ;另取同龄健康新西兰雌兔 6只作为健康对照。在各兔胫骨内植入纯钛螺纹状种植体 ,种植体植入 2、4和 8周后分别获取各组标本 2个 ,进行组织学、影像学等检查 ,观察各组种植体的骨整合效果。结果 各组种植体的骨整合效果在植入 4周时有明显差异 ,由高到低依次为正常对照组、降钙素组和骨质疏松症组 ;8周时差异无显著性。结论 降钙素对骨质疏松性骨内种植体的骨整合有促进作用
【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of calcitonin on the integration of endosseous titanium screw implants of the rabbits’ osteoporotic tibiae. Methods Twelve osteoporotic New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups equally, another six healthy female New Zealand rabbits of the same age were taken as control. A pure titanium screw implant was placed in the proximal tibial metaphysis of each rabbit. The rabbits of the osteoporotic group were injected calcitonin, and the controls were injected normal saline. Two specimens with implants were harvested from each group after 2,4 and 8 weeks since the implantation. The reactions of the bony tissue to the implants were analyzed both histologically and radiographically. Results There were great differences in osteointegration among them at 2 and 4 weeks, especially the former. The osteointegration ratio of the impants were in the order of normal group>CT group >OP group. But there was no difference of the above items at 8 weeks. Conclusion Calcitonin can stimulate the osteointegration of dental implant in the osteoporotic bone.
