【摘要】 目的　观察补肾方药对去势高脂血症兔血脂、氧化低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)水平以及ox LDLmRNA表达的影响。方法　纯种新西兰雌兔去势术 +0 .5 %胆固醇饲料 +静注牛血清白蛋白造模 ,模型动物连续使用雌激素和补肾方药治疗 12周后检测相关指标。结果　与模型组相比 ,补肾方药不但有较好的调脂作用 ,又能降低ox LDL含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并降低ox LDLmRNA的表达 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　补肾方可改善去势高脂血症模型兔血脂、ox LDL水平 ,减少ox LDLmRNA的表达 ,减少LDL的氧化修饰 ,进而保护内皮细胞功能 ,防治绝经后动脉粥样硬化的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose Effect of kidney tonifying recipe of traditional Chinese medicine on blood lipid,plasma ox LDL and expression of ox LDL mRNA in castrated hyperlipidemia rabbits. Methods Forty rabbits were fed high cholesterol diet after the castration operation and injected bovine serum albunim.The kidney tonifying recipe was given for 12weeks. Results Kidney tonifying recipe could decrease the level of CHO,TG,LDL,and increase HDL( P <0.05).Kidney tonifying recipe also could prevent the rising of plasma ox LDL( P <0.05),and the expression of ox LDL mRNA( P <0.05). Conclusions Kidney tonifying recipe could prevent hyperlipidemia,decrease plasma ox LDL level,and expression of ox LDL mRNA,thus preserve the function of endothelial cell as well.更多还原
