切开复位内固定治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折
Open Reduction and Internal Fixation of High-energy Tibial Plateau Fractures
【摘要】 目的 :探讨高能量胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析我院自 1 996年 1月 - 2 0 0 2年 1 2月收治高能量伤所致胫骨平台骨折患者 38例 ,骨折按 Schatzker分类 : 型骨折 1 1例 ; 型骨折 1 8例 ; 型骨折 9例 ,均采用了切开复位 ,T型和 L型钢板固定治疗。结果 :35例获得随访 ,平均随访 4.5月 (6- 2 9月 )。功能评价采用 Mechant评分标准 ,优良率为 80 %。结论 :手术治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折必须着重于早期正确处理软组织损伤、骨折的解剖复位、坚强的内固定
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the treatment for high energy tibial plateau fractures.Methods:Thirty eight cases of high energy tibial plateau fractures were treated with internal fixation from January 1996 to December 2002 in our hospital.According to Schatzker classification,type Ⅳ 11 cases,type Ⅴ 18 cases,type Ⅵ 9 cases,All of them were treated with open reduction and internal fixated by T and L plate.Results:Of 38 patients,35 were followed up for 6 to 29 months(average 14 5 months).The excellent and good rate was 80% based on Mechant scale.Conclusion:Early and correct treatment of solt tissue injury must be emphasized on surgical treatment for high energy tibial plateau fractures.Anatomical reduction and internal fixation firmly are important.
