【摘要】 目的 :改进骨折接骨扳内固定技术 ,观察新型迭形接骨板临床效果。方法 :选择四肢长管骨骨折患者 1 65例 (上肢骨折 2 6例 ,下肢骨折 1 39例 ) ,均采用新型迭形接骨板施行骨折内固定手术。结果 :手术后平均随访 1年 4个月 (5年 7个月～ 51天 ) ,除 5例 (占 3% )出现并发症外 ,其余骨折均愈合良好 ,很少发现接骨板和螺钉断裂、折弯和松动情况。结论 :与传统接骨板比较 ,新型迭形接骨板结构设计新颖 ,力学原理独特 ,临床效果满意 ,并发症少 ,较好地改进了四肢长管骨 (尤其是下肢 )骨折接骨板内固定技术 ,值得推荐更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the technique of the internal fixation with fracture plates, and observe the results of clinical application of a new overlapping bone plate. Methods: 165 patients with long bone fractures in arm (26 cases) and legs (139 cases) were selected. All the patients were preformed internal fixations of fracture with a new overlapping bone plate. Results: 165 patients were followed up mean one year and four months (from fifty and one to five years and seven months) after operation. The fracture healing in the most patients (97%) was good without the plates and screws broken, bent and become loose besides five patients (3%) with some complications. Conclusion: In comparison with traditional plates, the overlapping bone plate as a new plate had following characteristics and advantages including:the structure was originality;the mechanic principle was out of the ordinary;the clinical results were satisfied;the complications were rare,etc. The new plate improved obviously the technique of the internal fixation with bone plate in the treatment of patients with long bone fractures, (especially with low limbs), and worth recommending.更多还原
