【摘要】 目的:定量分析神经科患者肢体震颤。方法:受测试者左右手中指和左右足背贴附发光二极管,按要求拍动,用摄像机拍摄光点图像后数值化,对数据进行肿变换、t分布检验以及统计分析。结果:病人和正常人组左右手(脚)震颤平均振幅差值|△|和手脚震颤频率X,有显著性差异。结论:|△|,X可作为神经科患者肢体震颤的定量判别指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To measure quantitatively limbs tremor with neurological disease. Methods: Film images of the LBD points, which are marked to middle finger of hands or insteps of testee,then the images are digitalized by computer. The average amplitude difference between the right and left hand |Δ| and the tremor frequency of the hand or the foot X are calculated. Results: |Δ| and X of patients with neurological disease are significantly different from those of normal people. Conclusion:|Δ| and X can be referred as quantitative indexes of limbs tremor of patients with neurological disease.更多还原
