【摘要】 在目前的经济转轨时期,传统的信用文化和信用制度被打破,与市场经济相适应的信用文化、信用制度由于产权不明晰、市场信息不完全不对称和地方政府的地方保护主义等原因而难以建立。在利益的驱动下,信用状况日趋恶化,已严重影响到经济运行的效率,造成整个社会交易成本增加、地方信用环境恶化等后果。故必须转变政府职能,逐步树立社会主义信用价值观,加快社会信用制度的法制建设和信用评估机制的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 In a transitional period of economic ownership, traditional credit culture and systems have been destroyed while the new ones, owing to obscure ownership, incomplete and unsymmetrical information, have yet to be established. As result, credit conditions are deteriorating, resulting in overall cost increase of transactions and a worsening local credit status. In view of the above, it is imperative for governments to transform their functions, establish sound socialist credit values, and create a good credit environment.更多还原
