机头内熔料流动模拟及微机控制吹膜技术
Simulation of the Flowing of the Melt in the Head and the Computer Controlling of Blow Film Technology
【摘要】 用计算机建立了吹塑薄膜机头仿真模型,以展示机头的内部结构,模拟了塑料熔料在机头内部的流动状态,并介绍了吹膜过程中微机控制技术应用的现状。
【Abstract】 A model of blow film head was built via a program of the computer to display the internal structure of this head. The flowing state of the plastics melt in the head was simulated.The application of computer controlling technology in the film blowing processing was introduced.
