【Abstract】 Based on the coking mechanism of furnace, the limitation of former design code for coking furnace in the design link of delayed coking furnace large - scalizati on was analyzed. The key process parameter that must be checked in the furnace large - scalization design was the heat conversion rate at the outlet of furnace. By means of soft ware compiled by us and the calibration of 4 sets coking furnace in service, the maximum probable treatment capacity of coking furnace was obtained.更多还原
