延迟焦化炉大型化设计的关键工艺参数
THE KEY PROCESS PARAMETER OF LARGESCALIZATION DESIGN FOR DELAYED COKING FURNACE
【摘要】 从炉管结焦机理出发,分析了焦化炉旧设计规范在延迟焦化炉大型化设计环节中的局限性,提出了炉出口热转化率是焦化炉大型化设计必须校核的关键工艺参数。通过自编软件和4座在役焦化炉标定数据,得到了焦化炉的最大可能处理量。
【Abstract】 Based on the coking mechanism of furnace, the limitation of former design code for coking furnace in the design link of delayed coking furnace large - scalizati on was analyzed. The key process parameter that must be checked in the furnace large - scalization design was the heat conversion rate at the outlet of furnace. By means of soft ware compiled by us and the calibration of 4 sets coking furnace in service, the maximum probable treatment capacity of coking furnace was obtained.
