核电汽轮机热力系统主导因素建模方法与故障诊断新思路

【摘要】 将通用机理建模方法与对象具体运行参数分析相结合,建立能够在大负荷范围内精确仿真核电汽轮机系统热力特性的变工况数学模型。该模型除可以作为参照标准对系统运行进行性能监测外,还有可能用于系统的故障诊断。与通常的通过表观现象判断故障的思路不同,本文提出了依据设备特性参数随主导因素变化的规律对系统故障进行诊断的新思路,并对人为设定的某级组效率降低的故障进行了仿真试验,初步证明了所提诊断思路的可行性。

【Abstract】 In this article, the authors combine the general mechanism modeling method of thermal systems with the specific operating data of the object system to build up an offdesign mathematical model for a nuclear steam turbine system, which can precisely simulate the object system’s thermodynamic character under the condition of large scale offdesign operation. This model not only provides a reliable standard for monitoring the performance of the object system, but could also be used to diagnose the system’s fault. Different from former methods, which diagnose fault by external phenomenon, the new idea in this article judges components’ fault by the normal rule of character parameter changing with its dominant factor. Finally, using the mathematic model to simulate the falling of certain turbine stage’s efficiency, the authors have testified the viability of this new diagnosis idea.
