鸽新城疫病毒的分离鉴定

【摘要】 用SPF鸡胚从疑似鸽新城疫病鸽群中分离到1株病毒,该病毒株能凝集鸡红细胞,这种凝集作用能被抗新城疫病毒阳性血清抑制。血凝素热稳定指数为1min,具有快速血凝素的解脱率,病毒对氯仿、乙醚、胰蛋白酶、盐酸(pH5.0)敏感,0.1%甲醛溶液能完全灭活病毒。分离株经肌肉注射能使鸽发病和死亡,出现与自然发病鸽一致的症状和病变。对该分离株作进一步生物学特性鉴定,鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)为74.6h,1日龄雏鸡脑内接种致病指数(ICPI)为1.53。结果表明本分离株为强毒型鸽新城疫病毒。

【Abstract】 A strain of Newcastle disease virus was isolated from pigeons with suspected Newcastle disease. The isolate had haemagglutinaing activity which can be inhibited by positive serum against Newcastle disease virus. Haemagglutinin hot-stability index of the isolate was 1 min at 56℃. The haemagglutination elution test showed its rapid eluting pattern. It was sensitive to the chloroform, ether, hydrogen chloride and trypsin. The allantoic fluid was inactivated by 0.1% formalin solution. Clinical symptoms and death rate were observed when pigeons were inoculated with the isolated virus. The mean death time (MDT) was 74.6 h and the intracerebral pathogenicity (ICPI) of day old chicks was 1.53. The results in this experiment indicated that the isolate was virulent pigeon ND virus.
