应用免疫冷冻超薄切片技术观察小鼠小肠微皱褶细胞
Employing the Ultra-Thin Cryosectioning and Immunolabeling Technique to Study Intestinal Microfole Cells
【摘要】 利用免疫冰冻超薄切片技术对小肠Peyer集合淋巴小结进行透射电镜 (TEM )的观察 ,结果表明 ,胶体金 (10nm )标记的荆豆凝集素 (UEA1)可以与小肠中的Peyer集合淋巴小结表面的微皱褶细胞特异性地结合 ,为探讨M细胞的形态结构和生物学功能 ,为口服疫苗的推广提供理论依据 ,同时为免疫冷冻超薄切片技术的可行性提供了实验证据
【Abstract】 With ultra thin cryosectioning and immunolabeling technique,the intestinal Peyers patches were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) The results indicated that lectin from Ulex europeaus (UEA1) labeled gold (10 nm) could be specifically bound with microfold cells (M cells) on the surface of the intestinal Peyers patches Results provided the theoretical basis for analysis biological function of M cells
