【Abstract】 Information asymmetry exists in market trade widely and damages the function of market. And agent system works greatly on developing scope of subject legal act, improving the efficiency of resource disposition, reducing the cost of trade expenses. From the aspect of information asymmetry, this article tries to discourse upon the certainty of the producing of agent system and its own change, which responds to the rapid increasing of information and specializing of subject.
