【摘要】 随着信息和网络技术的迅速发展,我国在改革传统政府向电子政府、电子政务的进程中取得了不小的成绩。传统政府的管理模式、业务模式、服务模式在一定程度上得到了有效的重组和整合,但在前进的过程中也存在着政府人员素质低、观念落后、投资浪费严重、信息孤岛、法律法规不健全以及信息安全等一系列亟待解决的问题。本文就这几个突出问题作一下分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information and internet technology, our country has achieved many significant achievements in reforming traditional government to E-government. To a degree, the model of traditional government management, transaction, service are reconstructed effectively, but there are lots of difficulties ready to be solved in the future, for example, government members with low quality and updated ideas, investment wasted seriously, information isolated, imperfect law and role, and so on.
