禽畜粪堆肥化技术进展
PROGRESS IN TECHNOLOGIES OF THE COMPOSTING ANIMAL MANURE
【摘要】 堆肥化处理是禽畜粪处理和资源化利用的一种有效途径。堆肥系统以条垛式堆肥系统、棚式发酵堆肥系统、圆筒发酵堆肥系统和塔式发酵堆肥系统四类为主 ;影响堆肥系统运行的主要操作因素是水分、pH值、温度、C∶N∶P和O2 含量 (通风 ) ;固相C/N、NH+ 4 N、水浸提液WSC含量和发芽率指数 (IG)可作为禽畜粪堆肥的优化指标 ,R(胡敏酸 /富里酸 )、E4/E6(腐殖酸物质在 465nm和 665nm处消光系数比 )、HS(腐殖酸 )含量和CEC(阳离子交换量 )等可作为禽畜粪堆肥的一般性熟化判别指标
【Abstract】 Composting is an effective approach to treat animal manure for recycling. Composting systems can be classified as windrow, windrow in cote, silo reactors and tower reactors. Primary factors affecting composting process include moisture content, pH, temperature, C∶N∶P and O 2 content. Solid phase C/N, NH + 4 N percentage, WSC percentage and IG are the prior indicesfor animal manure composting, and R, E4/E6, HS percentage and CEC are considered as common indices for animal manure composting.
