【摘要】 随着资本市场在我国迅速发展 ,人们的金融需求不断变化 ,外资银行进入我国市场 ,国内银行业竞争日益激烈。我国金融格局正在并将发生重大变化 ,国有商业银行的传统的组织结构体系由于存在诸多的弊端 ,已经不能适应形势发展的需要。本文在分析了原来组织结构的弊病和银行业发展趋势的基础上 ,运用现代管理理论和组织理论 ,提出国有商业的一种改革模式 :双中心综合管理模式更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the capital market developing promptly in our country, the financial demand of people changing continuously, the foreign bank entering the domestic market, the competition of bank in our country is increasingly intense, the financial situation of our country will significantly change, thus the organization structural system of the tradition of state-owned commercial bank can not meet the needs of development any more, because of many existing abuse. This paper suggests a kind of reform pattern of state-owned business based on analysis of the drawback of original organization structure and the tendency of bank trade, and modern management and organization theory: the two-central patterns of general management.更多还原
