基于个体材料和几何特性的人体股骨振动模态分析
Modal Analysis of a Human Femur Using Individualized Geometrical and Material Properties
【摘要】 通过对一个志愿者股骨CT断层扫描图像的处理,构造了完整的个体化的股骨实体模型;针对模型骨的几何和材料特性,从CT图像中获得模态分析所需的参数,用有限元方法进行了股骨振动模态分析,提取出股骨的前6阶模态,并对人体长骨的6阶振型的固有频率进行了计算、分析.这将在生物力学和股骨振动频率方面为开展适用于中国人骨骼特征的假体设计提供重要依据.
【Abstract】 A physical model of femur, with rounded and individual feature, was constructed by means of disposing computer tomography (CT) images from a volunteer’s human femur. And then, some parameters were derived from CT images for the geometrical and material properties of the moulded femur, and the vibration modal analysis of femur was carried out through the finite element method. The former sixstep modes were extracted out. This study is useful for developing artificial joint design available for Chinese bony features.
